Privacy of Children

The ICONMA LMS is intended primarily for authorized employees, contractors, candidates, clients, instructors, administrators, and adult learners.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children under the age of 18 without appropriate authorization from a parent, legal guardian, educational institution, employer, or another organization permitted by applicable law.

If you believe that a child has submitted Personal Information through the LMS without appropriate authorization, please contact us so that we can review and, where required, delete the information.

Where an employer, client, educational institution, or another organization provides your LMS access, that organization may determine the purpose for which certain information is processed. In such cases, ICONMA may process information according to the organization’s instructions and applicable agreements.


Course Progress and Training Records

The LMS records participation in assigned or selected courses and training activities.

Where your LMS account is provided by an employer, client, department, or another organization, authorized representatives may view your training information.

Authorized representatives may include managers, human resources personnel, instructors, compliance teams, auditors, LMS administrators, and other personnel who require access for legitimate business purposes.

We may share information with ICONMA affiliates, authorized personnel, employers, clients, instructors, administrators, contracted companies, and service providers when necessary to provide and operate the LMS.

Service providers may assist us with:

  • Data storage, backup, and recovery

AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete information and should be reviewed before being relied upon.
